We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Charges

· Up to 2 hours of 2000/- Per Tent.

· Beyond 2 hours 6500/- charges (Galaxia) and 11000/- (Nebulae)

· Beyond 6 hours full charges per tent will be levied respectively.

Extension of Stay would be subject to availability
Once the booking has been made, no postponement will be done. If still, someone wants to change the booking date after confirmation, then cancellation charges will be taken and a new booking will be made for the new date.
The reservation shall be confirmed only after the confirmation of 100% advance payment from the booking office.
The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by them.
Smoking is prohibited inside the tents and is only permitted in the respective smoking zone
It is mandatory for any Indian to carry a valid ID proof and present at the time of Check-in.
Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa.
Subject to the availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility.
If you have canceled the booking then the bank will take 7-10 Business days to initiate the refund.
All the outdoor Astronomy activities performed at Astroport Site are weather dependent. In case of inappropriate or bad weather, alternate feasible indoor activities would be conducted.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Duration Cancellation Amount

More than 7 Days from date of arrival - 25% Cancellation Charge

Between 4- 2 Days from date of arrival - 50% Cancellation Charge

Less than 2 days from date of arrival - 100 % Cancellation Charge

Cancellation Amount is calculated as per total booking amount.
Long Weekends Bookings like New Years, Christmas, Holi, Diwali etc. are Non-refundable.
Jeep safaris are non-refundable and cannot be postponed once booked.
No refunds in case of cancellation of trip due to natural calamity/ logistical issues. If there will be any situation/circumstances which are uncontrollable no refund or postponement will be done by Astroport India.
