Analytics

Overview

The Analytics section provides admins with insights into how students or users access and engage with the app. It includes information such as the total number of users, logged-in and non-logged-in users, popular books, top search keywords, and also offers detailed analytics for individual students.

Logging in to Analytics

1. Open the profile page and select the Analytics option.

2. Enter your email and password.

Once logged in, you will be taken to the Analytics Dashboard. From here, you can view your institution’s overall usage data, including:

• Total users

• Logged-in vs. non-logged-in users

• Popular books

• Top search keywords

To view an individual user’s statistics:

1. Select the Individual Statistics option.

2. Enter the student’s Student ID.

3. Click the Search button to view their activity and engagement data.
