Personal & Wellbeing Counseling supports students’ social, emotional, and personal development so they can thrive both academically and personally. Through individual check-ins, small group sessions, and classroom guidance lessons, the school counselor helps students build self-awareness, emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy relationships. Counseling is a supportive and preventative service, not only for times of difficulty, but also to help students navigate everyday challenges such as friendships, transitions, stress, and big emotions. We work closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
