CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

▪ Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in aviation industry and have good understanding of airport operations

▪ Possess people management and vendor management skills

▪ Proven track record of accountability and ability to complete a given task with high standards

▪ Customer focused with service excellence mindset and pleasant personality

▪ Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Filipino languages

▪ Bachelor’s degree

▪ Self-starter, innovative, energetic and confident personality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

▪ Creative, results-oriented, good time management skills and keen eye for details

▪ High level of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite

ACCOUNTS OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle timely invoice processing and posting received invoices

• Perform checks and controls according to standard

• Scan vendor documents

• Preparation and execution of payments

• Manager vendor master data

• Communication with Business Units for clarification regarding Invoices

• Solving open issues regarding Invoices

• Participates in internal/external audits

• Performs other tasks delegated by superiors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business-related course

• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Precise and accurate with figures

• Experienced in local accounting standards

• Attentive to details

• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Confident in English

• An independent individual with team player spirit

• Hands-on and ability to work under pressure

• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
