O Maria Assumpta, our Patroness and Queen, 

we humbly come before you today

to render our homage and thanksgiving 

and to consecrate our lives and our dreams 

to your maternal love and special protection. 

Strengthen our resolve to follow your Son 

as we seek to serve Him more faithfully 

in the struggles and concerns of daily life. 

Obtain for us freedom from selfishness 

and inspire us to tirelessly offer ourselves

for the service of the Church and Country, 

with deep faith, firm hope and genuine love. 

By this humble act of consecration, 

we entrust ourselves to you, dear Mother, 

our families, friends and those dear to us. 

Intercede for us before your divine Son so that, 

nourished by God’s grace, we may reap the fruits of our labor 

and enjoy with you and our loved ones the happiness of the life to come. 

This we ask through Christ our Lord. Amen.
