As you get closer to your wedding weekend your Month of page will contain your custom timeline, visual plan, and more.
We've gotten your feedback on our client portal with Dubsado, and we agree, it's not as user friendly as we had hoped. We do love it's contracts and invoices, so we will be keeping all of that good stuff there, but we are moving all of your planning resources here. Our beta testing tells us you'll love it, but we welcome you to give us your feedback.

Here are our two favorite tools for helping you stay on track while planning your wedding and to ensure we know all the details when coordinating your celebration.
Our Ultimate Workbook is best used as it is, a live Google Doc. But it can also be printed out and added to a 3-ring binder or coil binder. Be sure to share it at least six weeks before your event to avoid a fee.
We took the Countdown section of the Ultimate Workbook and turned it into a Google Sheet. This will allow you to assign tasks, use filters to stay organized, and customize as much as you like. We've already updated it to your wedding date.
Your Visual Decor Plan can be started now, too. We use this to ensure that your wedding is decorated exactly as you have envisioned it.

If you need reassurance that you're on track or need us to take any tasks off your plate - schedule a check-in (our hourly rate applies) and take that worry off your shoulders.
We'll contact you to schedule your launch meeting. We'll also remind you to return your Ultimate Wedding Workbook to us. But you can truly send this at any time.
We'll have our launch meeting. This is where the three of us will chat and go over the information you shared in your workbook so that we understand all the details and your expectations of your vendor team. We'll also offer recommendations and suggestions on how to make the most of the coming weeks. We'll remind you to start saying important things, such as "that's a great question, ask Anika" and "thanks for sharing that, please let Anika know"
We'll start contacting your vendors to confirm details and develop your timeline. If you've already shared timeline information with us, your timeline will be posted in your client portal.
Final vendor confirmations will occur and your timeline will be shared for final edits in your client portal (and email). You'll finalize your Assorted Artistries rental order.
We'll chat again to tie up loose ends! And remind you to not watch the weather!
