- Appointed Corporal on May 13, 1936.

- Appointed Master Corporal on November 16, 1936.

- Assigned to the 5th company on October 22, 1937.

- Assigned to the 6th company on April 4, 1938.

Assigned to the 4th company on July 7, 1938.

- Posted to the Compagnie Hors Rang on December 5, 1938.

- Posted to G.B.C. 518 on 2 September 1939.

- Assigned to the 32nd Battalion, to the armies on September 17, 1939.

- Appointed sergeant on 1 April 1940.

- Assigned to the 3rd company on April 13, 1940.

"Non-commissioned officer, tank leader, very brave, on May 17, 1940, in the forest of Saint-Michel was killed while carrying with his tank to the attack of an enemy motorized detachment."

- Posthumous Military Medal by Decree No 1472 of 8 June 1944.
