Varsity Head Coach Bill May

Coach May is in his 3rd year coaching Varsity at the high school level for the Aztecs. He served as JV coach for one year prior to accepting the Varsity position. He also coached the JV program at Nashoba Valley Tech prior to coming to Assabet. Coach May is a coach for the 17U travel team for the Jr. WooSox. He is currently a Design & Visual Shop Teacher at Assabet Valley Regional HS. Coach is married to Coleen May and has 3 children who all have played/play ball, Josh, Zach and Melanie.


Coach Joey Tower

Coach Tower is in his 1st year coaching on the Varsity level for the Aztecs. He served as JV coach for one year prior to accepting the Varsity Assistant position. He also coached the 8th/Freshman program at Hudson High in the past. Coach Tower took time away from the high school level due to work scheduling but was still volunteering at the little league in his hometown of Hudson. He played high school baseball at Hudson High School where he was Captain his senior year and 2 years at Worcester State University as a pitcher . He currently helps run the local Adult Slow-pitch Softball League and travels around New England playing. During the day he is currently a Recruiter for a company called Tact, where they provide 1:1 ABA services with children or young adults on the Autism Spectrum. Coach is married to Sarah Tower and they are expecting their first child, Lilah in May.  


Coach Sean Walsh 

Coach Walsh is in his 10th year coaching baseball for the Assabet Aztecs. Coach Walsh has spent the last 9 years on varsity and will be taking over at the Junior Varsity Level.  Walsh also coached in the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association(MBCA) Senior All-Star Game in 2017,2018,2019. He was part of 3 league titles and 3 Vocational State Titles. Coach Walsh is well involved with athletics here at Assabet where he coached boys basketball for 5 years. He also coached girls volleyball for 6 years before taking over as the Junior varsity girls Soccer Coach the past 2 years.  He works in special education at Assabet Valley Regional HS. He loves Boston sports teams, He is dedicated and well liked by his peers, students and athlete at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School
