Students must be 3 years old by August 31, 2025, to register for Preschool for the 2025-2026 school year.
Preschool is only open to residents of Ayer and Shirley and is not open to school choice.
Both Ayer and Shirley students attend preschool at Page Hilltop Elementary School in Ayer.

How does tuition work for Preschool?
A deposit equal to one month's tuition ($350) is required by July 1 to secure preschool placement. Payments are due each month, by the 15th, through May, regardless of program attendance.
What is the schedule for preschool?
The Preschool program is a school-year program run Monday-Friday and follows the ASRSD calendar.
Does the Preschool program have more than one session a day?
There are two sessions offered in Preschool. The AM session runs from 8:45-11:15 am, and the PM session runs from 12:30-3:00 pm.

Registration is open for the school year on a rolling basis. Registration stays open all year round for preschool.
April - May 2025
Administration begins determining enrollment numbers and class sizes.
June 2025
Acceptance letters will be sent to families confirming enrollment into the Integrated Preschool Program.
July 1, 2025
The deposit/first tuition payment is due to secure a student spot in preschool.
August 2025
Placement letters will be sent with the teacher's name, room number, as well as the screening date.
September 2025
Preschool screening and orientation will be held the week before the first day of Preschool.
