Celebrate your child's birthday by having their name on the Aspen Marquee and/or have Aspen, the Tiger, visit at school! Aspen will bring your child a small gift and have the students sing Happy Birthday to your child. A photo can also be emailed to the parent, by request. Please fill out the form at least two weeks before the birthday and submit payment online after submitting the form. FORM HERE
One sign up form per child. If you have more than one child at Aspen, complete the form again. You MUST fill out this form below so we have the information we need. Sending just payment doesn't give us what we need.
