KA1: YOUTH WORKER MOBILITY

When we talk about inclusion, we can acknowledge that we’ve made progress, people with fewer opportunities are becoming increasingly visible around the world, but true inclusion hasn’t yet been achieved. We want to improve attitudes toward inclusion within the European youth community by working toward a more tolerant and diverse world, and escape rooms can be a great setting for this.

We want to give European workers, especially those with fewer opportunities, the chance to participate in a worker mobility program where they can connect with professionals from different countries and share experiences, methodologies, and initiatives related to their field of work.

Escape boxes are dynamic, interactive experiences in which participants must work together to solve puzzles and overcome various challenges within a shared storyline. Through teamwork and collaborative decision-making, everyone involved has the opportunity to participate actively, feel heard, and contribute based on their own strengths, which fosters empathy, cooperation, and a sense of community.

In a way, escape boxes can change us and, as a result, change the world.
