Mission: Advanced Research in Computational Sciences and Artificial Intelligence is an initiative dedicated to the development of Armenia’s potential in the fundamental and computational sciences. ARCS.ai aims to bring together scientists and scholars from outside Armenia and their counterparts in Armenia, develop international collaborations between them, and also facilitate engagements at the institutional level. ARCS.ai also aims to raise the profile of the sciences and research in Armenian society through public outreach.
Vision: ARCS.ai envisions Armenia as a global hub of excellence in fundamental and computational sciences, where local talent and international expertise converge to drive innovation, strengthen national capacity, and contribute to the world’s scientific and technological progress. Through fostering collaboration, advancing education, and raising the visibility of Armenian science on the global stage, ARCS.ai strives to build a future where Armenia’s knowledge, innovation, and resilience serve as pillars of national development and international recognition.
Our Goals
1. To contribute to and to support collaborations between Armenian and Diasporan scholars in the areas of education, science, and technology.
2. To contribute to and to support Armenia in the areas of education, science, and technology.
3. To contribute to and to support Armenia’s strategic development in key areas of the sciences and technology.
4. To contribute to and to support Armenia in developing local capacity in key areas of the sciences and technology that can contribute to Armenia’s economy, and through that to Armenia’s national security.
5. To help in increasing Armenia’s place and visibility in key areas of the sciences and technology internationally.
6. To help network Armenia’s institutions with centers of excellence from around the world.
7. To help Armenian scientists and educators compete on the world stage.
