At the American School of Madrid, we believe that learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. Home learning is a time for curiosity, connection, and care; a chance for children to explore interests, read for pleasure, play creatively, and share discoveries with family. We encourage families to extend the learning that happens throughout the day into your homes. Begin with the exercises and prompts found in the weekly classroom newsletter to make connections. Build habits of reading at home that encourage your children to explore new worlds as well as to explore more about our own world. And if you would like to take skills practice further, below you will find a list of resources to begin with. Together, we can make home learning a supportive and enriching experience.
The school supports the home use of these resources through school and student logins. Reference ASM Digital Home Learning Login Instructions for login information.
The resources below require students to log in with their personally assigned ASM student number and password. Alternatively, parents can log in with their own account information.
If you would like to take your family's learning and skills practice a step further, below you will find some free and some paid resources that can support your child's growth. Note: These are not directly managed by the school.
