Record Keeping
ASLIA will keep a record of the number of grievances received per year, including the name of the interpreter, the alleged breach of ethics, the resolution that the parties reached, and the signed agreements.
This record will be held in confidence and can be accessed by the PCRP Coordinator, Secretary and President only. ASLIA will use a secure cloud-based storage system.
Each year the ASLIA PCRP Coordinator’s Report to the Annual General Meeting will report the number of grievances received and any other relevant information or actions taken. No identifying information regarding any parties involved in grievances will be divulged.
Records will be kept for a 7-year period. Records older than 7 years will be destroyed.
