General Timelines
Complaints about an interpreter’s conduct within the past twelve months will be accepted. This
process will not address concerns older than that. Complaints older than twelve months can be
accepted at the discretion of the PRCP Coordinator, in consideration of the needs of the
community.”
a. Upon receiving a formal complaint, the ASLIA PRCP Coordinator will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within ten (10) working days.
b. The PCRP Coordinator will determine the parties’ preferred facilitation team composition.
c. The PCRP Coordinator will contact potential facilitators within ten (10) business days after confirming with the complainant their preferred facilitation option.
d. The confirmed facilitators will then reach out to the parties and schedule the first meeting of the parties.
e. Meeting(s) will be scheduled as quickly as possible for all parties. The initial meeting must be scheduled no later than forty-give (45) days from the date of confirming facilitators.
f. The PCRP Coordinator will keep all parties apprised of the progress of scheduling meeting(s).
