Fee Structure 2025-26

The School does not accept fee payments in Cash.  You can pay via Cheque/IMPS / NEFT / UPI. The School Bank Account details for Online Payment are available in the Fee Structure below.

A.  Payment by IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI

1. Please send a screenshot of confirmation of payment and/or Transaction ID and date of remittance to fees@asiaenglishschool.org. 

2. Please mention the Name, Grade and GR. Number of your ward in the email. 

3. The amount will not be considered as paid until we receive the above information on the email. 

B. Payment at Axis Bank branches

1. You may also pay the school fee at any Axis Bank branches by cheque or cash.

2. Send us a copy of the deposit slip along with the cheque number, bank details, Name, Grade, and GR. Number of your ward to fees@asiaenglishschool.org. 

3. The amount will not be considered as paid until we receive the above information on the email.

4. Those depositing the fee at Axis Bank - Drive in Road Branch may use the School Fee Pay Slip available at the branch and send the same to  the email ID mentioned above.

D. Payment by NACH

1. The School also accepts payments by NACH for ease of payments.

2. The NACH Mandate is available with the Parent Relations Officer. 

3. You may please contact the school for further details.

E. Payment by Cheque

1. Cheques are accepted in the school from 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. only.

2. Cheques should be drawn in favour of "ASIA English School".

3. Please mention the Name, GR Number, Grade & Section, and your phone number on the reverse of the cheque.

4. Incase of dishonor of cheque, fees will be accepted by online transfer only.

5. Incase of dishonor of cheque, bank charges as applicable will be recovered.
