NOTICE: Broker (Ashworth) does not share Listing Commissions with a Buyer's Broker. Seller should be aware
that offers from potential buyers may include requests for Seller paid Buyer's Broker Commission. If the Seller
agrees to such terms in an accepted Purchase Agreement, that amount will be treated as an additional closing
cost and is separate from the Total Broker Compensation in this Listing Contract.
If a seller isn't offering a specific amount of compensation that doesn't mean the seller is inflexible on paying compensation.Â
We encourage that the negotiation becomes a part of the purchase agreement.
