When we design your wedding day, we take into account all the visual components that bring together the personal style and branding of your wedding. We specialize in details and style your event through all elements including lighting, florals, fabric, furniture, space planning and more. We pay attention to all of the details. We know the details create the vibe, and the vibe is what makes your day memorable.

You can present us with your own curated visual inspirations and show us photos of what you like. We'll interpret your library of images and find the best way to incorporate them in  your own wedding design.

Our design process begins with a consultation where we’ll spend time to get to know what you like and don’t like and develop a design plan that feels right for you. We create a design proposal including visual inspiration, color board & manage your complete design team including the florist, rentals, linens, lighting company & any other design related vendor. Your day should be a unique as you; ARD will create a custom designed wedding that is exclusively your own. 

We like to think of day-of coordination as the ‘peace of mind package’. If you want to handle all the planning for your day, but also want to be able to relax and enjoy your day as the guest of honor without worrying about all the details, this is for you. We’ll come in 1-3 months out and go over all the details with you to help ensure that they are executed the way you visualized your day to be. Our goal is to ensure you can feel calm and enjoy your day while being assured that your plans are being professionally coordinated. 

What you can expect:

·         An initial phone-call or skype session to go over every single detail – we want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!

·         A venue walk through 

·         A professional day of wedding coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management. Every wedding includes 1 wedding coordinator

• • • Please note that a second coordinator may need to be added when wedding requires a lot of set up. Additional fees will apply

·         Review of all vendor contracts to understand exactly what will be arriving day of

·         Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going to plan

·         Timeline creation so everyone involved knows when and where they are meant to be!

·         Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times and services booked 1 week prior

·         Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact on the day of your wedding – this means you get to be a true guest of honor with no one bothering you!

·         Set –up and styling of all wedding elements (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers etc.)

·         Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors 

·         Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

We offer stylish teepee sleepover setups that transform any space into a magical experience for kids, teens, and even fun girls’ nights.
