We welcome all students and faculty who are interested in Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Behavioral Biology to join us for the symposium.

Talk Guidelines

• Please send your presentation to  bee.ashoka@gmail.com by 26th April 9:00 am

• Please bring a backup copy of your presentation.

• Presentations will be run from Microsoft Windows machines. If you have your presentation created in Keynote or another application that may not be compatible with Windows, please bring your laptop, and we can assist you with connecting directly.

• Duration of the talks: Faculty speakers- 30 mins (25 mins + 5 mins discussion); Post-doctoral fellows and Graduate student speakers - 20 mins (15 mins + 5 mins discussion); Masters and undergraduate student speakers- 15 mins (10 mins + 5 mins discussion)

Poster Guidelines

• Poster dimensions:  4ft (w) x 3ft (ht).

• Presenters can display their posters during the lunch hour of Day 1 (April 26th)
