Ashland High School Varsity Team

• Open to 9th-12th Grade Students at Ashland High School

• Tryouts Required

• Starts the second Monday before Labor Day

• Practices/Games Monday-Friday after school/evenings and Saturday mornings

• Register through Ashland Athletics via FamilyID

• Coach: Molly Foley (AHS '12) assisted by Katie Blasi, Sarah Trayers (AHS '13) and Melissa Nichols (AHS '13)

Ashland High School JV Team

• Open to 9th-11th Grade Students at Ashland High School

• Tryouts Required (historically, no cuts have been made)

• Starts the second Monday before Labor Day

• Practices/Games Monday-Friday after school/evenings

• Register through Ashland Athletics via FamilyID

Ashland Middle School Team 

• Open to 7th and 8th Grade Students at Ashland Middle School

• No cuts, no experience necessary 

• Starts After Labor Day

• Practices/Games Monday-Friday after school

• Register through Ashland Athletics via FamilyID

• Coach: Lena Minucci (AHS '14)

K-8 Opportunities

• AHSFH runs an annual summer clinic at the youth level as well as other clinics throughout the year
