Module 4: Confidentiality, Student Records, and 51A

Each staff member should read the Ashland policy on student records, view the confidentiality presentation, and take the online mandated reporting training. All 51A Mandated Reporter certificates and Ethic (Conflict of Interest) Certificates must be printed and turned in to the Business Office located in the Ashland Middle School.
