The NCEES (NC Educator Evaluation System) includes the professional standards and evaluation processes associated with every educator in North Caroline. Data for NCEES is captured annually in an online tool and the information is included in the Educator Effectiveness data reported at the state level.
Login to my.ncedcloud.org
Enter username and password
On the dashboard click on "NCEES - LEA 761" with the light blue P icon
Click on the tab "My Evaluations"
You will see two choices called "containers." One container includes your "Evaluation Instrument" and the other container includes the "Professional Development Plan."

NCEESOrientation 2019 (1).pdfTeachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience will be on the Comprehensive Evaluation Cycle.
3 Formal observations by a school administrator (with a post-conference)
