The mission of the Ashdown Parent Center is to serve as a resource for parents and the community in order to encourage and support children in their academic, emotional, and social growth. The Center is designed to provide learning experiences for parents and family members to work more effectively with their children to bridge home and school learning.

Parents can receive information, instructional materials, personal assistance, training, and other support to provide the best education possible for their children.

• 2 computers w/internet access no charge

• Child Development resources

• Parenting Resources

• Parenting classes (as needed)

These services are modified and added to, depending on the needs and desires of local families. The Ashdown Schools District Parent Center is a family-focused, and culturally sensitive facility that provides programs and services based on the needs of the families. A small fee may be applied to Laminator and Copier.
