Seating for the public will begin at 16:00. It will be general admission, no tickets are needed. We calculate an average of 6 guests per student. If you anticipate more guests, please inform the HS Office accordingly (hsoffice@ash.nl)

Please email Sabine Morf (hsoffice@ash.nl) if you have any guests that will need special seating at the graduation (e.g. space for a wheelchair) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Photos
Graduation Family Photo Session - Sign up as of April 28, 2026
You are invited to sign-up for family photos with your graduates. Graduates may wear their caps and gowns for these photos. The sign-up sheet will be hanging outside the High School Office as of April 28, 2026

The photographer will also capture individual pictures of the students receiving their diplomas on graduation day. ASH will provide prints as a courtesy to the families. Once the prints arrive, the graduates and their families will be notified to pick up their copies at school.

We've arranged for the graduation photographer to come on campus to take the cap and gown photos of ALL of this year’s graduates. The photos will be used for the Graduation ceremony and you will also be able to order the photos directly from the photographer. Monday & Tuesday, March 16 & 17, 2026

Tuesday, March 17, 2025, 11:35 in the Theater Individual viewing and order codes will be sent to the families directly. ALL Students, please use this link to sign up for a photo time-slot and add it to your agenda. While parents also receive this information, we ask students to sign up themselves to prevent duplicate entries. Parents are welcome (and encouraged) to remind their children to sign up! :)
Academic Awards Ceremony

All seniors are asked to join us for this annual awards ceremony, which will take place at the ASH sporthall. The awards include academic awards, recognitions and the awarding of various scholarships. All seniors and the parents of award winners are invited to the event. The ceremony is followed by a small reception at the mezzanine for the award winners and their parents.
Prom

The Prom takes place at the Kasteel de Wittenburg in Wassenaar. Parents and members of the community enjoy watching the students make their grand entrance to the Kasteel like the paparazzi waiting for the stars to arrive.
Senior Night Experience
Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Hosted by the parents, this tribute to the class of 2026 will include delicious food, fantastic friends and a chance for each senior to receive a personalized Delft mug and sign the Leaving Board. From 18:00 - 20:00.
Mandatory Graduation Rehearsals for All Seniors

Friday, June 5, 2026 12:30 - 14:30
The first of two rehearsals for graduation will begin promptly at 13:00 on Thursday, June 5. Seniors will receive their seat assignment and pair number at this time. Seniors will not need their cap and gown for this rehearsal. We will practice waking in & out, sitting as a group, standing and processing for the awarding of diplomas, receiving the diplomas and the correct pronunciation of names.
The second rehearsal (dress rehearsal) will take place right after the Senior Walk, there will be a full run-through of the ceremony. Both rehearsals are mandatory to attend.
Senior Walk
Friday, June 5, 2026 11:00 - 12:00
Seniors will get their cap and gowns from parents at 11:00 and then walk through the ASH main campus for a celebratory procession.
Senior parents are welcome to line up outside the main entrance at 11:30 for this short parade, if they wish.
The students will keep their gowns from that point on. The senior walk will be followed by the dress rehearsal, which starts at 12:30.
