Christopher, 15 years old, stands beside Mrs Shears’ dead dog. It has been speared with a garden fork, it is seven minutes after midnight, and Christopher is under suspicion. He records each fact in the book he is writing to solve the mystery of who murdered Wellington. Simon Stephens’ adaptation of Mark Haddon’s bestselling, award-winning novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time offers a richly theatrical exploration of this touching and bleakly humorous tale.

Imagine a world where climate crisis has caused massive social, geographical and political upheaval. In this world, at a near-future moment, a group of teenagers have been called together to serve as a jury. They preside over the judgment of three adult defendants for "climate crimes." Each case must be decided in fifteen minutes -- and if the defendant is found guilty, they are executed - immediately.

This is the compelling story of “The Trials”, written by prize-winning playwright Dawn King. This riveting production, directed by Anthony Cunningham, was brought to life on the ASH stage and was an unforgettable performance.

The classic board game is brought to life in Clue: On Stage! Six guests are invited to a dinner party thrown by an anonymous host. They are given aliases--Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock, Professor Plum, and Miss Scarlet. Though discouraged from revealing personal information, it is soon discovered that all of them have fallen victim to the same blackmailer, their very host of the evening. Each is presented with a weapon and an option: pay their extortionist double, or kill the innocent butler. What follows is a madcap, slapstick evening full of murder, mystery, and laughs as they seek to puzzle out the culprit amongst criminals

𝕎𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕕! 𝟙𝟘 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕤 𝕃𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣 is an original one act play. Ten years ago we were visited by a group of kind, playful and energetic clowns. They needed our help because so many people in the world were telling mean stories about them that just weren’t true. Now, new clowns have come to our school. Why are they back? Can we help them once again? The play begins with video footage of the clowns from the past show . But someone is tricking us to try and make us believe that the clowns were up to no good, when in every video they were actually doing funny and kind deeds. Come meet Papa Peep, Mama Meep and baby Jojo and more. What does it mean to be 𝕎𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕕?

In this high-octane dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and ’90s pop culture, acclaimed playwright Qui Nguyen offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all.

ASH's production of She Kills Monsters  was recorded on Monday, April 12 and Tuesday, April 13 and presented exclusively via stream on Friday, April 16 & Saturday, April 17 to the world.

A woman carries her heart, broken into nineteen pieces, in a small paper bag. A man shrinks to half his former size, after losing hope in love. A couple keep the love they have given each other in large red bags, or compress the mass into the size of a diamond. These playful and surreal experiences are commonplace in the world of John Cariani’s Almost, Maine, where on one deeply cold and magical Midwinter Night, the citizens of Almost -- not organized enough for a town, too populated for a wilderness -- experience the life-altering power of the human heart. Relationships end, begin, or change beyond recognition, as strangers become friends, friends become lovers, and lovers turn into strangers. Propelled by the mystical energy of the aurora borealis and populated with characters who are humorous, plain-spoken, thoughtful, and sincere, Almost, Maine is a series of loosely connected tales about love, each with a compelling couple at its center, each with its own touch of sorcery.

The town of Kulyenchikov has been cursed with stupidity for the last 200 years. The vendor sells fish instead of flowers, the shepherd is always losing his sheep, and the postman keeps all the mail. Our story begins when Leon Tolschinsky, a school teacher, arrives to educate the daughter of the town doctor, Sophia Zubritsky. Of course, Leon falls in love at first sight with Sophia, even though she just recently learned to sit down. Dr. Zubritsky is hopeful that this teacher will be the one to break the curse… (Or is it purse? Something like that). However, Leon soon finds out that the only way to break the curse is to educate Sophia (which proves to be impossible) or allow her to marry Count Gregor Yousekevitch. Leon vows to do whatever it takes to teach her. But he only has 24 hours to break it before he, too, falls victim to the curse. Chock full of over the top characters and Neil Simon’s hilarious style of comedy, this play will have audiences and actors alike chuckling at the Fools of Kulyenchikov.

A blustering theatre director and his egotistical cast are in the midst of a rehearsal when a rag-tag family of characters enter, desperately seeking an author to complete their partially-finished stories. The director is not a writer, and the actors are skeptical, but before they know it they have all been drawn into the tragicomic tales of the Six Characters, and must see the drama through to its end.

A metatheatrical comedy, Six Characters in Search of an Author cemented Luigi Pirandello’s international reputation, and is now considered a classic piece of absurdist theatre. Nestled within the illogical narrative of the titular Six Characters are questions of truth, illusion, ownership, and authorship, making the play both a nonsensical and philosophical farce.
