COURSE SYLLABUS
This course is designed to teach beginning students how to play the guitar. Students will learn beginning strumming styles as well as the skills and techniques necessary to master the guitar. Students will focus on finger exercises, chords, rhythms, pop songs, self-regulation and motivation. During the semester the students will have several opportunities to showcase what they have learned and practiced through performances in various talent shows, variety shows, and commemorative events for both the school and the community.
