I am very excited to be teaching Health and Wellness this year. I believe that the topics we are going to cover and the skills we are going to practice have the power to improve your lives and transform your relationships.

Recognzing and managing your emotions, dealing with stress in a positive way and expressing your ideas assertively are all tools that can make a difference in your present and your future self.

I know many of you from when you were students in Elementary, I can't wait to see you all grown up being High School students now!
