{{NOTE: the INITIAL (first column) describes ALL of the costs & offerings that are in Zeffy (in the second column=halfway down on phone/tablet) so that folks can figure things out before they register.}}

Sponsoring a Youth: You can register and

pay for that person directly via Zeffy as part

of the “Youth Admission” section. If this is a

non-designated donation, type in “Donation” for the

person’s name.

Convention Costs

MSRAL Convention 2026 - Registration

ADMISSION

$65 (**Early Bird rate: $55 until April 30** )

Per person, registration gains you access to all events, Friday through Sunday. Additional for meals.

$25 Youth Rate (i.e. Students in high school or thru the age of 25. Early-bird rate, this goes up to $30 after April 30)

Per person. There will be a choice herein for General Admission attendees to DONATE a Youth admission.

Meals (orders close 6/10/26)

Friday Night BBQ - $15

The Friday night meal will be BBQ and sides, and drinks. Purchase yours via registration.

Saturday Lunch - $15

The caterer at the St Charles Community College will have box lunches available. Purchase yours via registration. Saturday lunch will be a box lunch or salad - $15 Pick ONLY one of the following

a) Turkey Sandwich

b) Ham Sandwich

c) Roast Beef Sandwich

d) Veggie Sandwich

e) Chicken salad on croissant

f) Scooter’s Signature Salad (includes grilled chicken)

g) Cobb Salad

h) Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Saturday Banquet

$35

Attending the banquet is not required to see the keynote speaker but it could help you get a better seat.

The Saturday night Banquet will be onsite at St Charles Community College. The meal will be Chicken Spedini, salad, desert and beverage. The charge is $35.00 per ticket, purchase via registration.

Pick only one of the following:

a) Chicken Spiedini with a white wine sauce, AND Top Rond in au jus

b) Veggie Lasagna AND Cannelloni and Cheese Manicotti (i.e. the vegetarian option)

NOTE: You are invited to attend the Banquet even if you don’t eat the dinner.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please describe via email.

Why we use Zeffy

Unlike some other solutions, Zeffy does not take a percentage of each transaction (aka a cut). They do include an optional tip with each transaction but it is just that, optional. Do not feel obligated.
