Convention Costs

MSRAL Convention 2026 - Registration

ADMISSION

$60 (**Early Bird rate: $50 until April 30** )

Per person, registration gains you access to all events, Friday through Sunday. Additional for meals.

$25 Student Rate (Elementary ----> College)

Per person. There will be a choice herein for General Admission attendees to DONATE a student admission. Any such donors can email MSRAL@asemonine.org if they wish to designate their donation to a particular student.

Meals (orders close 6/10/26)

Friday Night BBQ - $20

The Friday night meal will be BBQ and sides, and drinks. Purchase yours via registration.

Saturday Lunch - $15

The caterer at the St Charles Community College will have box lunches available. Purchase yours via registration. Saturday lunch will be a box lunch or salad - $15 Pick ONLY one of the following

a. Roast beef sandwich

b. Ham sandwich

c. Chicken sandwich

d. Vegetarian sandwich

e. Scooter’s Signature Salad

f. Cobb Salad

g. Grill Chicken Caesar Salad

Saturday Banquet

$35

Attending the banquet is not required to see the keynote speaker but it could help you get a better seat.

The Saturday night Banquet will be onsite at St Charles Community College. The meal will be Chicken Spedini, salad, desert and beverage. The charge is $35.00 per ticket, purchase via registration.

Pick only one of the following:

a) Chicken Spiedini, and b) Top Rond in au jus

b) Veggie Lasagna, and b) Cannelloni & Cheese Manicotti (i.e. the vegetarian option)

NOTE: You are invited to attend the Banquet even if you don’t eat the dinner.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please describe.

Why we use Zeffy

Unlike some other solutions, Zeffy does not take a percentage of each transaction (aka a cut). They do include an optional tip with each transaction but it is just that, optional. Do not feel obligated. (**??Suggest 0 - 5% or ASEM pays Zeffy but we never know what attendees ACTUALLY do pay Zeffy?)
