Instructions for Parents, Guests, and Visitors

1. All guests must RSVP here

2. Bring your Eventbrite Ticket with you (electronic or printed)as we will scan all guest/visitors tickets

3. Parking: Parking Lot C is free. All other lots @ Mission College are $3.00. Click here for more parking information.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

1. Poster printing can be done on campus until 6:00pm each evening. Questions about printing? Email: jordan.bunnell@asdrp.org

2. Please arrive at Mission College 3000 Mission College Blvd Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hospitality Management Building)
   Check-in and set up your poster no later than 9:40am.

3. Dress code is business casual.
