In my lab, we use science as a way to learn and grow. I care just as much about how we do the work as the results we get. I try to create an environment where curiosity, persistence, and creativity matter, not just technical skill. Students are encouraged to ask questions, try things that might not work, and learn from mistakes while building a strong technical foundation.
