Instructions for Parents, Guests, and Visitors

1. All guests must RSVP here  by May 25 , 2023 @ 11:59 PM

2. Bring your Eventbrite Ticket with you (electronic or printed)as we will scan all guest/visitors tickets

3. Parking:  Parking Lot C is free. All other lots @ Mission College are $3.00. Click here for more parking information.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

1. Poster printing can be done or you can choose to print the posters on your own. Questions about printing? Email: jordan.bunnell@asdrp.org

2. Please arrive at Mission College 3000 Mission College Blvd Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hospitality Management Building)
   Check-in and set up your poster between 9:30 -9:50 AM

3. Dress code is business casual.
