Due to the nature of the event and the access our guests will have to protected intellectual property, all guests must complete the above information in order to gain access to the event space. To submit an abstract, make sure you have first:
Registered as an Attendee. Each student researcher listed on the abstract submission must also register separately as an attendee, see how to get your free ticket above.
Check if you have been registered already, see registered groups here. Do not do multiple submissions. Open with ASDRP Account.
Abstract has been approved by Advisor. Communicate with your advisor on how to do this.
If your research group is planning to present a poster or give an oral presentation, you must submit your project abstract for review and have it approved. Abstract submissions are completed by only one group member in behalf of the entire group. This person includes the information for all lab members.
