Registration & Tournament Information

2025-2026 Mock Trial Tournament Dates & Locations:

Invitational: December 6 & 7 @ Academy for Science and Design, 9 Townsend West, Nashua, NH  (Registration $200 per team; Deadline Nov. 1, 2025)

State Tournament: February 7 & 8 @ UNH Law School, Concord NH (Registration $200 per team; Deadline January 8, 2026)

State Finals:February 10th (evening) @ UNH Law School, Concord NH

National Tournament: May 7th-9th, 2026 @ Des Moines, Iowa

Team Composition and Size:

A team must consist of a minimum of six (6) students and a maximum of twelve (12) students. In each trial round, three members will serve as attorneys, three as witnesses, and the seventh member, if available, will serve as the timekeeper. If a team only has six members, two or more of the witnesses must also serve as timekeepers (Rule 3.3).

Students must be enrolled in grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

Each registered team must be associated with a public or private New Hampshire School or Home School Program and have an adult advisor (either parent/guardian or school employee). It is also recommended that each team partner with a legal professional for guidance and advice as they prepare their case.

Schools may choose to send more than one team to the Invitational Tournament and/or the State Tournament.
