Open up SORA ebooks in the Clever Portal
Search for books
Select borrow if available (You can have 3 books checked out)
Select place a hold if not available and search for other books.
Enjoy your book! When finished, click on return title.

Lexia
1. To use on a computer, go to www.lexiacore5.com.
2. To use on an iPad, download the free Lexia Core5 Reading app from the App Store. (iPad support is limited to these devices: iPad 4+, iPad Mini 3+, iPad Air+, and iPad Pro.)
3. The first time your child uses Core5, you may need to enter the teacher email shown below.
Your child can then log in with
Username: lastname.firstname
Password: (school password)
Teacher Email (for setup): johannes_diane@asdk12.org
SpellingCity
1. Go to www.spellingcity.com
2. Push the blue Login button on the top right corner of the screen
Push on the Student Icon and students log in with the credentials from their S.T.A.R. binder
OR students can search for Diane Johannes or Johannes2 to find a list.
These are review lists so it is great to master these spelling skills.
Write a friendly letter to me or another person. If you write a letter to someone else then send me a video message on Seesaw about your letter or attach a picture of the letter before you send it.
Watch the read aloud on Seesaw and add a note about the characters.
Students are encouraged to keep a notebook for writing responses.
There are writing responses in the Writing Tab.
If you want to share take a picture of it and add it to Seesaw
