Walking Field Trips
In K/1, we use walking field trips to learn about our neighborhood and community. Walking trips are a developmentally appropriate introduction to field trips for young children. We welcome parent volunteers to help make these trips possible! First sign up through ASD, and then watch the weekly newsletter for upcoming walking trip volunteer opportunities. Our walks also offer opportunities to grow as naturalists, learning to identify and connect with the flora and fauna in our community.
