Hello, Future Begich Snow Leopards!

Begich counselors presented to elementary schools with information about our school, tips on how to be a successful middle schooler, school tours, and opportunities to pick electives for next year. 

If you did not attend one of our presentations or would like to review the information that was shared, please follow these steps in order:

1. Slideshow Presentation - View all the slides that were presented with links to videos and resources

2. 6th Grade Elective Choices - View your elective options. 6th graders can pick a world language or music and will be put into an elective rotation if they do not want either of those options. 

3. Instructions for Submitting Requests - Learn how to submit elective requests in Q Student Connect. This window is only open in February. Please contact your grade level counselor for elective requests outside of the Q open window. 

4. Q Student Portal - Login to Q to submit your elective options
   1. Choose one Music class. The other elective will be a quarterly rotation that will be assigned by the computer. 

5. Begich Transition Night - Please join us on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 at 5:30 pm to meet our staff and learn more about becoming a Snow Leopard! (flyer below)
