If you purchase $35 or more AP credit before picture day you will receive free shipping on your package order. If you would like your child to take an individual picture please either purchase AP credit at least 12 hours before picture day or instruct your athlete to get in line for an individual picture. If you would like your athlete photographed, either purchase the AP credit BEFORE picture day or instruct your athlete to get in line for an individual portrait. Cross Country Running

Coaches: Mr. Sorenson, Ms. Roberts, Ms. Judd

DATES: August 24 through October 7

Paperwork needed to participate in cross country running includes: a participation form, and a physical.

Paperwork is available on the Mears Sports website and on the wall next to the nurse office.

2026-2027 School Year

Daily practices will start at 4:15PM and end at 5:45PM. Runners should change out and meet on the indoor track by 4:15.

With the reinstatement of MS Activities, we are excited to offer Interscholastic Activities for the 2026-27 school year. There will be an increase to the activity fee (with a two-sport student cap) as well as more Saturday events scheduled in lieu of weeknight events.

Increased participation fee

$150 each activity
Student cap - $300

A $150 activity fee per ASD-sponsored sport is required unless:

A family requesting an activity fee waiver should contact their student's school Activity Office.
There is an individual student cap of $300 (two activities) per school year. There is no fee for participation in subsequent activities once a student reaches the individual student cap.

Online payment

Online payment of fees can be made using the Q/ParentConnection student information system.

Mears Track & Field/XCR shirt must be purchased here: parentconnect.asdk12.org/production/parentportal

Please bring the receipt to a coach for your shirt. The shirt can also be used for Track season and PE.
