These packets have C, G, D, A, F, Bb, Eb, E and Ab two-octave scales for violin, viola, cello and bass. These are great for advanced 6th graders (start with C, G and D!) and middle school students after the first concert of their 7th grade year. Most of them have shifting: remember that the number one rule of shifting is that you take your thumb and your basic hand shape remains the same no matter where you are on your fingerboard.
The Music Lessons Toolbox YouTube page has classically-oriented scale backup tracks for two-octave scales.
