What you need to know before signing up for enrichment classes and field trips:
LOCATION:
NEW! All classes are held in C building at the school, unless otherwise noted or communicated.
OLS:
Adding the enrichment/field trip to your student's packet in the OLS ensures they have a spot in the class. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this page for instructions.
If you do not see an enrichment listed in the OLS...
...try adding it to another course.
...make sure your student is in the appropriate grade level listed for that enrichment. You can request an exception be made by contacting Bethany Peters or your Sponsor teacher.
...the class may be full. Please fill out the waitlist form found on the "Waitlist" tab. Parents of students on the waitlist will be notified if a spot in the class opens up.
REMINDERS & CALENDARS:
Don't forget to add the enrichment/field trip to your personal calendar! An email reminder will be sent to the address you have on file with the school prior to the start of the class.
Enrichment classes and field trips are subject to change at any time. If there is a change, it will be made on this website and anyone already signed up in the OLS will be notified via email.
Click on the "Calendar" tab to see enrichment classes/field trips in calendar view.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
Enrichment classes can only be paid for with student allotments and are only available to FPCS students.
Full refunds will be given to any student cancelling via communication to the enrichment teacher at least 2 weeks prior to the first class.
If you need to cancel an enrichment within 2 weeks of its start, please contact Bethany Peters. This helps us to fill the seat from the waitlist or adjust supplies and plans.
Don't have allotment funds left? Please contact an enrichment teacher. We may be able to help!
FIELD TRIPS:
Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
