How to Tryout!

STEP 1:

• Parent/Guardian and Student create a PlantHS Account (How to Create a PlantHS Account) 

Important: upload a scanned image or picture of Page 2 of the Health Exam Form clearly showing the Physician’s signature (refer to  "How to create a PlantHS Account") 

STEP 2:  

• Go to the BHS Activities Office (By the Gym) to:

• Verify all PlantHS information is complete

• Grade Check (All students are required to have a minimum GPA of a 2.00 at the end of the pervious semester to be eligible except incoming Freshman)

• Wavier (needs to be turned into the Activities Office located by the GYM)

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRYOUT WITHOUT ALL OF THESE THINGS COMPLETED!

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO GET IT!
