Occurs the 1st Saturday of every month - 10:00am to 1:00pm

Ages Served: Children through 18 years of age.

Directions: Please bring your child's shot record with you. This clinic allows one family at a time. Drive to the 3rd floor of the visitor parking garage. There will be signs inside and/or outside for direction. The 3rd floor building entrance (from the parking garage) is for immunization patients only. At this entrance you can sign in and complete paperwork. The staff will ask you to wait in your car and will call you when they are ready to see you.
