Teacher Institute Seminar Series

Once completing an ASDSA course, participants can apply their 15 Teacher Institute Seminar Series (TISS) hours towards 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU). *Due to a negotiated agreement with DEED, ASD is only able to issue two (2) CEUs per person per school year.

The application to apply can be found here.

Applications must be submitted by June 15th, 2025 in order to receive your CEU certificate that can be applied toward DEED recertification. TISS hours do not carry over to another school year.

Step 1 - Select Frontline in the Apps dashboard

Step 2 - Select Professional Growth on Frontline

Step 3 - Select Catalog under Activity Catalogs

Step 4 - Select the ASDSA 2025 event under the Event category of the Catalog. Once you select ASDSA 2025 under Event, the available courses will appear.

ASDSA Course Available for Title I Educators

Title I educators can take the following courses for compensation:

To be eligible for compensation:

Must be a current Title I educator (teachers and paraeducators) or scheduled to be one during the 2025–2026 school year.
Be one of the first 40 Title 1 educators (teachers and paraeducators) to sign up for one of these courses.
Attend both days of the course in full.
