Attendance:

Attendance should be taken at the beginning of each day. Verify participants who are taking the course for credit with the UAA attendance roster. Cross off any names of those who are not there and write: NO SHOW.  UAA will collect their attendance rosters.

Someone NOT on your Roster?

If a participant is not on your UAA roster and wants to take the course for credit, please send them to the UAA Room (D130) to confirm registration. 

Lunch Blocks:

There are two lunch blocks. Confirm which block your group will participate in each morning. Thank you for adhering to the lunch timelines to make the lunch process flow smoothly.

Tech Support:

Bring all necessary technology with you to present each day. You may need an HDMI cord and/or dongle for your device. Your rooms available technology can be viewed from the Room Assignments page. 

If you need additional tech support, please come to the Information Table with your request.

Grading:

There are two parts to ASDSA grading. Make sure to complete both areas as an instructor. Students have until 6/9 to complete outside-of-class requirements.

UAA Grades:

The instructor of record needs to submit grades through the UAA system no later than Monday, 6/16. UAA grading information
