Mrs. Kelly's Second Grade Class

Welcome to my class.

My name is Mrs. Karin Kelly. I am a Second Grade teacher at Honea Path Elementary School. I have been teaching at HPE for over 20 years. I attended Lander University and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics. Due to my love of children I returned to Lander University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.

7:45-8:10 - Morning Buzz/GE Lesson

8:10-9:15- Math

9:15-9:40- Word Study

9:40-10:40- Go Time/Intervention

10:45-11:30- Activity

11:30-11:40- Guided Reading/SS/Science

11:40-12:05- Lunch

12:05-12:30- Guided Reading/SS/Science

12:30-1:05- Shared Reading/SS/Science

1:05-1:30- Recess

1:30-2:05-Guided Reading/SS/Science

2:05-2:35- Writing

2:35-2:45- Read Aloud/Pack Up

2:45- Dismissal
