Welcome to my class!

My name is Kirsten Jeanes and I am a 6th grade math and 6th grade advanced math teacher at Belton Middle School. I'm orginally from Belton, SC where I attended BMS and BHP, I then went on to college and attended Erskine College in Due West, SC where I majored in Elementary Education. I played volleyball at BHP, as well as at Erskine. This is my 5th year teaching, but my second year at BMS! I taught third grade ELA and Social Studies for 3 years, prior to moving to BMS, at Westwood Elementary School in Abbeville, SC. I am also the Varsity Volleyball Coach at BHP. I have coached volleyball for a total of 9 years; 9 years travel volleyball, 4 years at BHP (1 year as the asisstant, 1 year JV and 2 years varsity), and 1 at Erskine College as the assistant. Some hobbies of mine are being active in sports and coaching, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog. I'm so blessed and thankful to teach the that I do each year!
