Welcome to my class.

Hi, I am Shelia Cleveland, and I am the Music Teacher here at Honea Path Elementary.  I have been teaching Elementary General Music and Chorus for 16 years.  I have my Bachelor’s (2006) and Master’s (2013) in Music Education from Anderson University.  I spent my first 8 years at Palmetto Elementary in Anderson School District 1.  I came to Honea Path Elementary in the fall of 2014.  For me, it was coming home. 

 I live in Honea Path with my husband of almost 28 years, Novie

 Cleveland, III, and our little dog, Paco (rhymes with taco). Between us we have 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.  Wow! 

One of life’s greatest blessings is seeing your children grow and experience the joy that comes from music.  I believe with all my heart that there is nothing more beautiful than children’s voices raised in song. If your child leaves my room knowing he or she is loved and that music can make his or her life better, then I have been successful.
