Email etiquette refers to the principles of behavior that one should use when writing or answering email messages. It is also known as the code of conduct for email communication. Email etiquette depends upon to whom we are writing- friends & relatives, teachers, or supervisors.
Email etiquette is an important skill to master as you progress through high school and onto adulthood. Etiquette helps us know how to treat others. Etiquette makes people comfortable and at ease; it shows that we value and respect others. Etiquette promotes kindness, consideration, and humility. Etiquette gives us the confidence to deal with different situations in life; it gives us life skills.
