About Me!

Hello! Welcome to the 6th Grade. My name is Cara Noland, and I will be your child’s academic assistance teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. I am super excited about this year, and I look forward to building a relationship with you and your child!

I graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Elementary Education 2nd through 6th grade as well as a Special Education K-12th grade.  I have been teaching at Honea Path Middle School since January 2011.

I am a true believer that communication between parent(s) or guardian(s) and teacher (s) is essential when trying to provide the best education for a child. With this being said, I want you to know that I am available at any time to discuss grades, assignments, questions, behavior, or etc. I am very close with all the 6th grade teachers, and we will be working together to make sure your child has a great 6th grade experience.

I am truly looking forward to getting to know you as well as your child this year. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to help your child succeed in 6th grade and together I think we will see them soar academically.
