Dir. Ener P. Cambronero, CESE is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Education, Major in English, from the University of the Assumption, Pampanga.
He began his professional journey with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III in 2005, where he served in various key regional positions. Notably, he held the post of Assistant Division Chief of the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED), the unit responsible for overseeing peace and order initiatives as well as disaster preparedness programs within the region.
Dir. Cambronero also served as the Cluster Team Leader in the Province of Tarlac for three years, where he was responsible for overseeing the field operations of DILG Municipal Offices within the 1st Congressional District of Tarlac.
Recognized as one of the emerging leaders of DILG Central Luzon, he was given the opportunity to undergo the rigorous Career Executive Service (CES) process. Through dedication and by the grace of God, he successfully completed all four stages of the assessment. In 2017, he was conferred the Career Executive Service Eligibility and officially included in the CES Eligibility Roll by virtue of CES Board Resolution No. 1363.
In 2019, he was designated as the Division Chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), where he played a key role in elevating DILG Central Luzon’s performance, contributing to its recognition as one of the top-performing regional offices in the country.
At the age of 45, through Department Order No. 2022-346 signed by then SILG Eduardo M. Año, he was designated as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Provincial Director of DILG Aurora. Subsequently, on August 13, 2023, he was officially appointed by His Excellency, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., as a full-fledged Local Government Operations Officer VIII and formally designated as Provincial Director.
