ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Kelley Tagudin and this is my 18th year of teaching, and 14th as an owl. I spent 13 years at the elementary school teaching first, third, and fourth grade, and am so excited to be starting a new adventure up the hill at the junior high teaching and coaching.
I am originally from a tiny town in Northern California. I graduated from California State University Chico in 2007, and then my husband Chris and I moved to Texas in 2008. I taught homeschool for 4 years, then came to this amazing gem, Anderson-Shiro.
We have 3 kids. Dustin is a fireman in California, Leilani is a junior, and Melia "Minnie" is in 7th grade. We love sports, especially softball and basketball and can usually be found chasing our kids around to their various sporting events.Â
I am extremely passionate about teaching and instilling a love for reading. I also LOVE to find ways to make learning fun! I look forward to a wonderful school year. Thank you for sharing your children with me!
